Windows 10 explorer not refreshing/updating automaticly

So recently i’ve noticed that sometimes when fx. create a new folder in windows explorer, the view would not update and show the new folder until i manually pressed F5 for force a refresh.
This would also affect renaming of said folder or even files.

I took to google and found many different methods on how to “fix“ this, and it seems that some of them where related to registry changes. I tried those out with no luck, cause in my case it ended up being something way simpler.

I have a “Quick access“ shortcut in my explorer to my local server, and it seems that this sometimes makes explorer “freak out“, i’m guessing it some sort of connection issue like with mapped network shares not being connected when windows boots.

Anyways, i unpinned my server from “Quick access“, and now everything is fine again.
I might look in to some sort of “auto connect“ like you can do for mapped network shares.
